Customer Exp. Associate

Our client, a retail leader in the industry of technology, is looking for a Customer Success Specialist. The successful candidate will have to be a customer centric profile and ensure that the customer receives a smooth and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the buyer journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide outstanding customer service

  • Successfully handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email

  • Contact customers to provide accurate and valid feedback on the progress of their inquiries

  • Perform outbound call to measure customers’ satisfaction

  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts

  • Responsible for updating “customer satisfaction records” in the company system

  • Responsible for promoting the company loyalty scheme through marketing initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Customer support experience will be preferred

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent Computer skills.

  • Fluency in English language
