Customer Technical Support Representative

On behalf of our client, one of the leading companies in the field of Telecommunication, we are seeking a Customer Advisor for B2B support, with expertise in providing assistance for commercial and technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical assistance via phone, email, or live chat
  • Reporting request and procedures within CRM program
  • Testing for proper connectivity function
  • Offering first Level assistance and problem solving
  • Tracking systems issues to resolution within agreed timeframes
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the problem
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Graduand or Graduate of IEK, College, TEI or AEI
  • Experience in any customer service-related position will be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Familiar with technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
