Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls mainly from German speaking customers
- Assist customers’ inquiries via telephone, email and live chat
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and emails/calls handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Native or Proficient in German language (level C2)
- Fluency in English language
- Ability to demonstrate customer passion
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, target driven and results oriented
- Previous experience in customer support or client service representative role, will be considered an asset
