We are currently seeking on behal of our multinational BPO client for an experienced and high-skilled Customer Service Team Leader who will lead work in fast-paced and often intense environments. Team leads may be employed in centers that represent various industries, from healthcare to manufacturing to retail. Based on the industry represented, call center team leads may work in 24-hour, seven-day week operations that require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Therefore, this position requires schedule flexibility regarding both hours and shifts. These leaders make a huge contribution to their team and to the efficient and effective daily operations of the call center.

Job Responsibilities:

· Supervises customers’ needs and satisfaction levels

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

· Meet personal/customer service team targets and KPIs

· Keep track for team’s performance in combination with clients’ requests

· Follow procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Requirements:

· Proven customer support experience as Team Leader ideally in multinational environment

· Native in Italian language and fluency in English

· Good MS Office skills

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time and team effectively
