Job Description:

Our client who is operating in the field of steel constructions and repairs, seeking for a Payroll specialist to be responsible for all payroll-related tasks.

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for a wide variety of payroll processing, reporting and validation activities in support of assigned payroll populations to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll process and all related payroll activities

  • Coordination of any personnel issues (i.e. hiring contracts, annual leaves etc)

  • Responsible for employees’ benefits coordination

  • Submission of payroll data to public organizations (ERGANI, Statistical Authority, etc.)
  • Handling relevant liabilities to insurance funds and public services (SEPE, EFKA etc)
  • Keeping personnel database updated


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (University or Technological Institute)

  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in similar role

  • Very good knowledge of Epsilo Net payroll system

  • Very good knowledge of labor and insurance legislation

  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures

  • Excellence Knowledge of MS Office.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Analytical thinking

  • Attention to detail

  • Fluency in Greek and English language
