As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible to act as the liaison between the company and the client in order to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls mainly from Spanish speaking customers
  • Assist customers’ inquiries via telephone, email and live chat
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and emails/calls handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Job Requirements:

  • Native or Proficient in Spanish language (level C2)
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to demonstrate customer passion
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, target driven and results oriented
  • Previous experience in customer support or client service representative role, will be considered an asset
